Hi,
A friend of mine owns a MOO, which I am a Wizard (Admin/Coder) on. We've recently closed it to re-balance the economy, and add a wealth of features. It is known as 'Humanity Moo'. Those who have tried it in the past, I recommend you come and try it. We have great, friendly staff. First off, it's a futuristic space based MOO. You'll have to come and try it out to see what it's like. There's lots of things to do. Just a few are: Deliveries (Local or Interplanetary), Mining, Salvaging, Combat, Explore Planets, Blow up other ships. You can connect at: humanitymoo.game-host.org port 4000. Enjoy!

is that some sort of miriani clone

Post 3 by Ryan Smith (Veteran Zoner) on Thursday, 01-Jan-2009 18:09:18

Hi,
I simply named the more popular feature's. The MOO, was started off similar to Miriani, but we are separating from it. Performing some of those actions are different from Miriani, but they are only a few of what we have to offer. That statement of it being a clone has been made several times throughout the MOO's existence. Why would we waste our time making something that is already done, better then we would do it?

I've played it once, and got bored within a few hours. Yeah, its a miriani clogne.

Post 5 by Coldshadow (supreme commander of the shadow fleet) on Friday, 02-Jan-2009 10:47:25

yeah, its a more boring version of the clones, one sad attempt.

Unless the game has drastically changed since the last time i was on it, it was almost exactly likemmiriani. The reason I say this, because when I signed up, the game was in its early early stages. Maybe I will give it another shot, but I'lm not sure.

Hi,

Yeah try it. It's changed a lot. Their are a few things that are similar to Miriani, but they're working on it.

How do you set up the mud in monkey term? I tried setting up the mud yesterday but got some message sayint it couldn't load the file.

Hi,

Create a new connection, call it anything you want. For the host enter "nova.the-jdh.com" with out the quotes. for the port enter 4000. Now press enter, then press alt f, i. Note: You need a file called import.xml or something similar. If you do not have this file, here is the contents. Save it, then in monkeyTerm, in the import/murge xml screen, open the file you just saved then press f4, enter. You should have speech. Press control s to save the connection. Anyway here's that file.

I tried to check out this moo. However, I typed new at the logon prompt to create a new character, and it prompted me for a password. Each time I type new, I keep getting asked for a password. Help? Advice?
